"I have been working for the ZIBO! Group for 13 years now! I started out as a kitchen team leader in an establishment. I was then able to prove myself and climb the ladder to finally get the position of chef. My role is to train the kitchen brigades, from the dishwasher to the team leader, and to ensure the proper functioning of the kitchen, the monitoring of standards, respect for the cost of labor and good supervision of kitchen employees, while respecting ZIBO! standards! I also participate in the opening of new restaurants as a trainer for the kitchen teams.
