You will be responsible for achieving all of the establishment’s objectives, including coordinating the client experience, inspiring staff, and managing operations and sales.
- Relevant management experience in a food service establishment;
- Skills in the efficient management of priorities and the ability to manage several tasks at once while remaining focussed on achieving results;
- An analytic mind, a sense of initiative and great adaptability;
- Skill in directing and motivating a dynamic team to excel;
- Skill in communicating in French clearly and concisely, both orally and in writing (functional skill in communicating in English).
